Bespoke projects are often not fast... and with busy customers and lots of attention to detail it is not a shock this one took a while. We have to work to your pace and deadlines, but more important than this is the detail. We drew on experience with repairing other manufacturer’s glass and mirror furniture to design and make a product that is perfect first time. We used of most of our specialist in house manufacturing processes; vinyl cut masks, deep sandblasted glass through the reverse of the mirror to make a diffused area for LED lighting, UV Bonding for the adapted CNC fittings. We wanted the right light for the glass, so we used LED's but you see only the light. LED's have evolved and we used a spotlight to project through the bores of the engine, yet did not bleed into the red LED’s, so we masked the area in the timber base. Power was nearby so we did not use Batteries on this occasion. The customer specified the height and we machined adaptors to accept our bent supports into the block. This allowed the adapted fittings to be UV bonded perfectly to the toughened glass table top. The Photographed glass table top is a stock glass table top. Just awaiting a decision on the top size and glass type, then lookout for some room set photos. If you could choose a bespoke table we would make it important to you. What would it include?
