This is a message to all potential customers. Albright Painting & Construction LLC made an agreement with Yelp to do advertising for our firm about 4 to 5 years ago. Our advertising was costing us about $800.00 per month. The first 30 days of working with Yelp was horrible. When I would look at our company online reputation I notice that 99% percent of our good reviews Yelp would not put them up. They would quickly put up negative reviews. They also would delete our companies response to the negative review to make it appear as though our firm is unwilling to respond to disgruntled customers. This is not an honest and true reflection of Albright Painting & Construction LLC. Our firm will respond to all reviews good or bad. Our firm quickly shut down all business with Yelp in the first 30 to 60 days. Our firm was on the phone with Yelp for days about why our 5 star reviews are not showing online. We got tired and decided to Opt out of Yelp and to never do business with Yelp again. We decided to do some research on Yelp and found out Yelp have destroyed thousands and millions of companies by not puting up the positives reviews, but mainly the negative reviews. You do not have to take my word or believe what I say. Go to YouTube and do your own research on Yelp. You will find out that Yelp have done this to thousands and millions of companies. Yelp has thousands of on going class action lawsuits. The best transparent review sites are Google & the BBB. Google is King.
