It's Winter Tire Changeover Season! FOR YOUR COVID PROTECTION, we are urging people to call or text their communications with us for booking appointments and for quotations. There is always a huge volume of traffic in tire stores this time of year and everyone's time is important. Texting 778 761-4537 or emailing sales@larsenexcel.ca are the best ways to contact us. This ensures that we have something to respond to and can be accurate with our responses such as pricing and appointment times. We also ask that when it is time to come down to have your service work done, that you arrive at least 15 mins ahead of your scheduled appointment time. It is a busy time. This gives us time to sort everyone out and make sure your work order is well understood and authorized before your appointment time. This also gives us time to sanitize all touch points before and after we are finished servicing your vehicle. For social distancing, We encourage you to leave your vehicle and pick it up later. This reduces the number of people waiting. We cannot have too many people in the building at one time. We offer cab service at a nominal charge of $5 to your bill; we will cover the rest if it is town. Just ask us ahead of time so we can call them.
