As a small business owner, it can be scary to speak up about anything that doesn't have to do with your business. Something you don't want to do is alienate your potential clients. For my business, I don't want to work with someone that doesn't believe Black Lives Matter. It shouldn't be a marketing strategy for your company. It shouldn't conveniently be put out there when it's mainstream and acceptable. It should be in your practices every day as a business and as a person. Black Lives Matter.
