We feel it is our responsibility to update everyone on the status of our operations and how we are navigating challenges in a time where many other businesses have been forced to shut down. Just like grocery stores, gas stations, etc; plumbing and heating is considered an essential business and must remain open to keep our community safe and comfortable! We have been coming up with solutions to the challenges we encounter and are still here to serve you. We are operating with safety as our #1 priority, just as it always has been. Our trained technicians are wearing respirators that block more than 99.9% of particulates, (higher than an N95 mask) on all jobs in locations that share the same space as our customers. In addition to this, our technicians have been supplied with cleaning supplies and are routinely sanitizing their tools and van. They are following procedure in doing so before and after each job; to ensure that in the unlikely chance they are exposed to the virus, it is not being transported and spread. We have also extended our hours to 5:30 pm for normal service calls. We also are installing special virus-killing technology in some customers' home as an additional service to help keep our community safe. Stay safe! We will get through this.
