I have had an annoying pain on the inside of my left knee for about 6 months. It didn't stop me doing anything but at times was really uncomfortable. Doug at Altius decided that with no improvement after a few physio sessions we should find out the cause, so arranged an MRI. Turns out there is some mild arthritic change in the knee. So now the Altius teamwork kicked in. I saw Stu who looked at my gait and prescribed inserts for my shoes. His main recommendation though was an injection of Ostenil Plus in my knee - this is very similar to joint fluid. Woody did the injection and it was over in seconds and painless. Then over a week or two the pain disappeared. 3 months down the line still no pain.
