Extremely nice customer I worked for today. This Bathtub in Dallas off Marsh lane had been previously refinished with epoxy paint and was flaking off extremely bad. She had another tub that was not used as much and also had a couple of small chips on it. I was able to touch the other tub up at no charge and only charge for this Bathtub refinishing. It was sanded and the epoxy paint was stripped back. Then using a molecular bonding process called silane coupling agent I chemically bonded a new glossy white fluoropolymer surface to the Bathtub. I was happy that I could match the color on the second tub (whites have so many color variations) and save her several hundred dollars by not having to charge for the second tub since I was already there. I love building trust with the Dallas community. So people know I will give an honest opinion and usually save a customer money if they think something needs refinished. Last week I had a tub and tile surround scheduled and learned they only wanted the tile refinished because of a discolored area along the bottom of the tile. I saved them over $400 by fixing that issue and only charging for the tub. I feel that is a benefit of hiring an owner operated business. We all know it takes money to wake up every morning but there is no excuse for money grabbing! Honesty and transparency builds a great business, friendships and repeat business!
