You can be assured we are taking every precautionary measure to protect our associates and clients from COVID-19. This includes, but is not limited to, ongoing screening (testing) of all of our provider drivers and associates. All drivers are required to wear masks and minimize contact with our clients, their luggage etc. If a client wishes to have the vehicle windows open as opposed to air conditioning we will accommodate the request along with any other reasonable request. We also completely sanitize our vehicles after passengers leave in preparation for the next passengers. Then at the end of the day each vehicle goes through a complete cleaning process.
