Les Papillons
Les Papillons
Aug 17, 2021
I've been working on the Autumn Winter collection of Les Papillons Painted Jewellery and Homeware this week. Seed heads and berries abound along the roadside, so along with the unmistakable Irish vistas I'll be including the little things in the range. I'm especially pleased to see that the snow berries are out looking beautifully healthy. It's a plant native to America which has taken to Fermanagh. It's a medicinal plant: used for just about every ailment you can imagine. I've added the Wikipedia link if you'd like to know more... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symphoricarpos It's funny, cause the Salmon Berry growing along the back lane is also a native American plant. It appears in Spring and the Snowberry in Autumn.
