Service Delivery Assistant
- To manage and control the day to day interface between the company and the non-contracted customers.
- Acting as the first focal point for the customer for all matters relating to the company and ensuring that we meet the local operational needs to deliver the customer requirements.
- Relevant communication with the customers, the route team, the Account Managers and General manager.
- To utilise the contract/non-contract element of the daily train plan ensuring maximum fill and revenue.
- Push for additional work across platforms to ensure maximum revenue for the company.
