It has been quite a week for our team as we were busy with a number of Community Engagements as part of our commitment to the Community. One of the initaitives was to facilitate the pick up and delivery of canned food raised by the El Camino Real District of the Orange County Council. 226 Pounds of Canned Food was delivered to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County as the Orange County Council begins its' annual Day of Service in support of Second Harvest. We also had the opportunity to join the St. Timothy's Parish Pantry in being supportive. The image is courtesy of the El Camino Real District. On the Social advocacy Front, Our team led by our Editor has also been being supportive of the case of Nazanin Zargari-Radicliff, a British National of Iranian decent who has been held in prison on what we view as dubious charges as we have repeatedly urged Iranian authorities to release her. As we went to press, we saw reports of her being sent to the Evin Prison Clinic to be placed under observation. This is as tensions between the United States and Iran continue to increase as the US-Led Economic workshop on Palestine is being held in Bahrain. Another challenging week in our World....
