This week, founding instructor Wendy Wolfson takes us though proper bike setup for optimal performance and max comfort.⁣ ⁣ #1 - Saddle Height: Regardless of your bike, your saddle should come in line with the top of your hip bone. If when you get on the bike you find it’s too high/low, you can always make small adjustments. ⁣ ⁣ #2 - Saddle distance: Again, regardless of your bike, your knee should always track over the ball of your front foot at the 3 and 9-o’clock position. ⁣ #3 - Double checking saddle height: Bring your foot down to the 6-o’clock position and make sure you have a slight bend in your knee at the bottom of your pedal stroke. ⁣ ⁣ #4 - Handlebar Height: Its really a matter of comfort (if you have lower back issues or are pregnant, we recommend raising the handlebars all the way up) so choose what feels best for you as long as you have a slight bend in your elbows and a light grip on the handlebars. https://www.facebook.com/sweatconnected
