This was an awesome project just off of Leavenworth Street and 38th Ave in Omaha. It was a brick tudor that needed quite a bit of work and updating, and the owner did not have the time or energy to deal with getting the house ready for sale. We bought the house as-is for cash, and went to work. We added a master suite with an awesome master bath, completely remodeled the kitchen and main bath, and refinished the hardwoods and painted throughout, replaced windows, doors and the garage door. It is stunning now. We are going to keep it as a higher end rental in the med center area.
