When do you brush and floss? Some people like to brush their teeth first thing in the morning, before breakfast, to get rid of that stale overnight feeling asap. Others, however, claim that toothpaste affects the taste of their food and would rather wait to brush. Whichever camp you’re in, be sure to use a soft-bristle toothbrush, a fluoride toothpaste and remember to rinse the brush after every use and let it dry standing and in an open-air environment.
