Thru the Bible: 1Kings 16:29-20:43 These chapters cover quite a few very well known historical biblical stories, and none are without their significance. From the raven's feeding Elijah in a place called "there", to Elijah calling fire down from heaven, from him out running Ahab's chariots to Jezreel at the sound of the "abundnace of rain" to his calling or Elisha, but perhaps the most significant was his running from God. I know most believe he was running from Jezebel, and on a superficial level that is true, but ultimately he was running from God only to run right into the middle of His will and arms.
