We have a Table Series: Do we REALLY believe? Today we continued our lessons from 1 John regarding walking in the light as opposed to walking in the darkness. In today's lesson we saw how fellowship with God is liomited based upon the amount of darkness we allow in our lives. This also has implications for communion which is technically another word for fellowship. The Lord's table is intended for the child of God who is walking in union with Him in the Light. As such it is a shared experience together with our Lord in the death of His body and the life of His redemptive blood.
