People did what was right in their own eyes Thru the Bible: Judges 17-21 These chapters which appear at the end of the book of Judges are actually an account of events which took place between the books of Joshua & Judges. It was the time between Israel's spiritual leaders of the second generation and the establishment of Judges once they were settled in the Promised Land. Some of the events which are recorded are not only unsettling, they are downright horrific. It goes to demonstrate how perverse mankind can be without God guiding their moral core. Nevertheless, we learn some valuable lessons in these chapters and so I encourage you to read along as you listen!
