Submission, Authority & Conscience towards God Pt. 1 Series: Maintaining this Hope As we continue on into chapter 3 of Peter, we encounter more expressions of submission and authority and how they are lived out in the Christian life. The Spirit inspired Peter to explain submission and authority in the greater context of godliness and maintaining a good conscience towards God. The example this week is regarding wives with their husbands. It is a timely lesson for our day in age, where living a Godly testimony before the world will invite riticule and scourn - which we endure for Christ's sake and the gospel!
