God uses the Chaldeans to Judge Judah Thru the Bible: Jeremiah 34-39; Habakkuk God finally gives the command to empower Babylon, through the Chaldeans to conquer Judah. We see a very practical way in regard to God's judgments in these chapters in that He will often use people who are doing the wrong thing to judge His Own people and then, turn around and judge the ones He used.
