Coming full circle...the remnants of Judah flee to Egypt Thru the Bible: Jeremiah 40-45 God makes provision in His mercy for Judah's poor, but they rebel against the command of God to remain in Judah and serve the King of Babylon. So they flee to Egypt which God warned them would bring them destruction.
