Keeping the series going, shower / tub valves are another item that I do quite a bit of work on. While normally, we are able to solve pressure issues, temperature problems, drips, and other similar complaints by rebuilding a shower valve, sometimes it is just time to go ahead and replace the whole thing! There's a lot of options when it comes to color, style, design, and brand, but I tend to prefer Moen and Delta as they are widely recognized and tend to carry a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer and that is hard to beat! While I do work on tub and shower valves, I do not really work on jacuzzi or jetted type tubs. Jetted tubs are kind of a specialty that require proprietary parts from the manufacturer and use materials that are not commonly used for normal plumbing, as such, I do not carry any of those parts in my van. If your jacuzzi or jetted tub has a pump that won't turn on or a leak, you are probably better served finding a company that specializes in those kinds of repairs.
