Clearwater Parking Lot Resurfacing The City of Clearwater Public Services Department is proposing to resurface the parking lot in South Osceola Avenue. The lot is used for commuter and city events. The project involves removing and replacing all asphalt, patching concrete curbs where needed, striping and restriping the lot (including handicap parking and loading zones), and cleaning and repairing sidewalks in the area. Funding for this project was included in the FY 2017/18 budget approved by the Clearwater City Commission on June 5, 2017.
