While we will admit the formal name of National Children's Dental Health Awareness Month might be a bit lengthy, we at Santaquin Dentistry believe its purpose is worth every word. National Children's Dental Health Awareness Month has its roots in the National Children's Dental Health Program, which was established in the 1940s. The program was initiated to promote oral health education in schools and to encourage regular dental check-ups for children. In the 1980s, the event was officially recognized as National Children's Dental Health Month by the American Dental Association (ADA) and has since become an annual observance in the United States. The month is used to educate families, educators, and caregivers about the importance of oral health in children, including the need for regular dental check-ups, good oral hygiene practices, and a balanced diet. #ChildrensDentalHealthMonth #SmileForKids #HealthyTeethHappySmiles#bestdentistnearme #bestsantaquindentist #bestutahvalleydentist http://jozu.me/lab
