They keep their superhero lineup small enough they don’t have to have a Crisis or War or anything else to correct their mistakes every couple years. Changes from the original line to the current? Yes. After the parent company, Acclaim, declared bankruptcy in 2004 they lost several licensed characters they had from Gold Key such as Solar Man of the Atom. Since then they have been up to receive several awards and have a five movie deal for Bloodshot and Harbinger. The first of which will be out in February of 2020 staring Vin Diesel as Bloodshot. Valiant Entertainment re-launched its publishing division in 2012 as part of an initiative dubbed the "Summer of Valiant", winning Publisher of the Year and being nominated for Book of the Year at the Diamond Gem Awards. Valiant has set sales records, and was the most nominated publisher in comics at the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Harvey Awards, releasing the biggest-selling independent crossover event of the decade with "Book of Death" in 2015. Valiant was acquired by DMG Entertainment in 2018.
