Carriers that we assign to transport your vehicle need to have a rating of 90% or higher on Central Dispatch. We verify their insurance, get the driver's name and number so that you can get updates directly from the person that has your vehicle on their carrier. One very important thing to do when the driver comes to collect your vehicle is to watch as they do the body inspection. He will mark down any dings, scratches and dents and writes it down on a "Bill of Laden" as shown in this picture. Check it carefully at pick up and review it at time of delivery. It is important to mark any differences between the pick up and drop off condition. Once they leave and you find something the next day they cannot be held accountable.
