Had a call out to clients house at 8pm Friday . The lights on the first floor weren't working. The plumber had condemned the boiler due to carbon monoxide leaking whilst there he turned off the sump pump . ... The previous electrician had left a cable chopped off near the fuse board no joint box over it . Ready to be touched by some unsuspecting person if the lights in the basement went out. Be careful out there. There are some cowboys. I had to restore power by re routing a double socket over the fuse board. Got the sump pump working.
