My account was hacked & am just now gaining access back to my website and being able to receive messages easily and able to respond. I sincerely apologize for all of the messages that have gone unanswered. Or that is started and the roughly stopped. I had to get new phones and one of the phones after 2 weeks was defective. I do my very best to reply as quickly as possible! However if I were caring for your furbaby you would want my attention on them. I do not text and drive nor do I use Bluetooth and drive. It is too easy to be distracted and getting into an accident. So pardon delayed responses and replies when I am working. I direct text to myself is typically the quickest easiest and most efficient way to initiate communication. As it is easy to go through preliminary questions and be able to do so when possible throughout the day or evening depending on my work schedule.
