We have some changes that are in effect: We have been moving into a more therapeutic direction for a while and have had to restructure our services and their prices. Your therapist is now able to include complementary enhancements based on your conditions and needs, not solely on your budget. Our updated services now reflect your time with our expert practitioner(s) and the approach you prefer to take on your self-care and wellness journey without the need for gratuity or unnecessary "add on" pricing. It is our hope to increase the effectiveness of our evidence-based services in order to continue to provide the relief you have come to depend on. . . . If you possess a gift certificate, we will honor the service it was written for OR you can apply the purchase price towards any other service or retail item(s) you wish. We have had an increased interest in private yoga sessions and have taken the public classes offline for March and April in order to meet those needs. We may bring the public classes back at a later time, but for now our 1-on-1 or small group yoga sessions are available by appointment.
