What makes an award winning electrician? GESA recently attended the prestigious Master Electricians Awards and we walked away with the Domestic Project if the year. What have we done differently? To be honest, we don’t even know for sure. All the criteria in the category are actually standard procedures. Great design ✅ Communication with the builder ✅ Communication with the client ✅ Health and safety systems in place ✅ Job management systems in place ✅. Yet the important ones for us were - value to the client - Adaptability to the clients to needs as variations came in - Suggest ideas to make the house a home - Cleaning up after ourselves. The result was stunning, believe us. We would love to share more pictures, yet the clients wants their home to be that, a home, not a display and we respect that. So what makes an award winning electrician? It is the small things that tradier like us do. And there are. Any of us out there. And we know each other. So keep your eyes and ears open and when you find a tradie you trust, ask their advice.
