We are proud to have been able to take Elyssa up for a glider flight last week after the Dear Jack Foundation reached out to us. Elyssa was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. Before her diagnosis she was preparing to move to Cairo and was an avid athlete and ballroom dancer. Going for a glider flight was important to her and we are so very happy that weather worked out for us last Friday. We love all sorts of flying at Mile High Gliding, but we feel soaring with a bubble canopy and no engine is an experience that everyone should get to experience.
