Openings in the soffit alone are not too big of a repair. Simple repairs, if made in a timely manner, can sometimes save a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, raccoons had made their way into the attic space of this home. The insulation was thoroughly packed down and feces was present in several areas. What a mess!
