(Original)OUR MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19 1. The driver-guides and clients wear obligatory face masks and clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub every time before entering the vehicle. 2. The alcohol-based hand rub will be provided by us (free of charge). 3. The distance between the driver-guide and clients must remain all the time at least 1 meter (3,28 ft). Our minivans have 3 ranges of 3 seats each (9 seats). While seating in the minivan, the driver-guide sits either alone in front or with only 1 passenger, separated by one seat. One seat must also remain free behind the driver-guide seat. 4. For the customers sitting behind the driver-guide, if they are from the same household, they can sit next to each other. If it is not the case, one seat between 2 people must remain free. 5. The number of passengers per minivan: - 6 people if they are from the same household or if they are a group of friends travelling together (1st range (front): 1 person, 2nd range: 2 people, 3rd range: 3 people). - 4 people if they are not from the same household (example: shuttle transfers for events/fairs, cruise shore excursions for participants who want to share a tour). 6. At the end of the services, the seats are cleaned with an anti-virus product and the vehicles are ventilated. 7. We offer a fee-free cancellation policy up to 24 hours prior to the start of the service and no credit card requirement for up to one private tour or transfer booking.
