Uterine septum (a wall inside the uterus) makes the cavity space less and thereby potentially reducing the room available for a baby to grow. This can result in abortions or even pregnancy inside the tubes. A Hysteroscopic resection of this wall can be done using scissors or electrical energy, allowing normal term pregnancy subsequently.
