As you plan your event, please know that we’ve updated our operations and procedures based on guidelines recommended by health and government agencies. We aim to provide the safest environment as we find new ways to create memories here and in the virtual world. * Cleaning procedures are enhanced throughout our Game Trucks. Extra attention is given to high-traffic areas and all gaming peripherals are thoroughly cleaned in-between each player session. * Face coverings are required for all our guest and game coaches. Please bring your own face covering and wear them at all times in and around our Game Trucks. Masks must fit snug but comfortably against the face and is not a substitute for physical distancing. * Temporary adjustments are in place to reduce contact during virtual reality experiences. Maximum occupancy for our Game Trucks has been reduced to 7 - 9 players. Please follow all signage installed in play areas and instructions provided by our game coaches. * Cashless payment is recommended for all services provided. We accept all major debit / credit cards online or at the time of event. Guests can also pay in cash with exact change. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Please respect and adhere to these new rules as they play a role in everyone's safety.
