2020 in the rear-view It’s been a year since we were all surprised. Our community was running the gamut of isolation, fear, frustration, leading to adaptation and decisions, and then responses…It was no different here in the clinic. Through my own experiences as a health professional, I quickly realized our frontline workers would be the hardest hit through demanding workloads, as would those financially affected by COVID. I introduced Suspended Pricing as a response to this. Frontline workers were given free treatments in gratitude for looking after our community. And ‘Pay what you can’ was introduced to provide continuity of care for those that had been financially impacted. Thankfully, life is returning to a version of “normal”. We’re getting out, socialising, and working. As we return to normalcy, I will be shifting back to our regular fee structure, but with some exceptions. I will continue to provide support to Frontline Workers in the form of 50% off the standard fee, and for those who continue to be in COVID-related financial distress I will come to an arrangement with you. Finally, I am launching a very exciting “Elite Chiropractic Personal Protocol Platform” — you can expect even more personal care and successful outcomes — watch this space!
