Allied Dispatch Solutions is currently seeking candidates for the Customer Solutions Specialist position for our Johnson City and Sneedville Tennessee locations. Candidates shall be responsible for taking inbound calls and providing professional customer service to members in need of roadside assistance. Positions available for immediate hire on a full or part time basis. As the fastest growing company in the Roadside Assistance industry, we are pursuing qualified applicants who possess the ability to provide outstanding customer care and good computer skills. Interviews are being conducted remotely via video and phone conference. Applicants will be required to complete training remotely and must have regular access to a computer with internet access. After completing training, employees will be expected to work in the contact center as well as remotely from their residence each week.
