❗COVID-19🦠 Pandemic Update from Broden & Mickelsen❗ Given the current shelter in place directives, the attorneys and staff of Broden & Mickelsen are currently working at home as much as possible. Nevertheless, because legal services are considered “essential,” we are available for in-person meetings when necessary at which we will observe “social distancing.” Although jury trials are temporarily suspended, law enforcement continues to conduct investigations, execute search warrants and make arrests. We, therefore, continue to be available for consultation. A large part of our practice consists of appeals and post-conviction representation. This part of our practice continues as usual.
