Express cakes & More is a home bakery ( cottage style) foods are made and sold from my home. This is already posted in the information section of my website and Facebook page but I felt the need to make this clear because I’ve gotten calls from potential customers that decide not to order from me because I’m a home baker. I just want it to be known that as a home baker, I take pride in what I do and in most cases I am more cautious with food safety than most places I’ve worked at. I have a Florida state food safety manager’s certification & I also have pictures and stories you won’t believe of violations that have taken place in kitchens of places I’ve worked for and they are allowed to get away with it because of their name.
