Read this review!⬇️ #Repost @ke3m07 with @make_repost ・・・ Haven't done a food review for a while so here goes: Just recovered from food poisoning so I wanna treat myself to a nice brunch. It's my 4th time having #NasiLemak at @soulfood.catering , wanted to order my usual of Smoked Salmon but the #SteakNasiLemak got my attention so I thought I'll try something new. 1) The Nasi Lemak: the rice itself is aromatic, fluffy. Perfect portion. 7/10 2) The steak might have been medium well or well done, BUT it melts in the mouth. The meat is evenly season, grilled to perfect tenderness. And it goes damn well with > 8/10 3) The sambal. Sweet, spicy, lovely sambal. I dare say it's one of the best nasi lemak sambal I ever tasted. And it surprisingly goes so well with the steak, considering I never liked condiments with steaks, this would be the only exception. 9/10 4) #PoachedEggs. Perfect, enough said 10/10 Thank you #SoulFoodCatering for such an ingenious idea of pairing steak with Nasi Lemak.
