I feel so liberated! Now I no longer have to depend on some other joker doing my work. It's next to impossible to find a Subcontractors that is going to care about your business like you do. Even though you're giving them tons of work they don't care when you're customers start calling you back on jobs because of the work that THEY did!!! Just goes to show there's no amount of teaching somebody how to care they either do or they don't.
