Due to Covid restrictions, students are still required to provide their own equipment - a mat, 2 x blocks, 2 x blankets and a strap. A kit can be purchased on request. All bookings to be made online to ensure the numbers cap for In Studio classes - but all classes are also offered online! Pre-recorded 1 hour practice sessions can also be purchased on request. $12 for a single session, or $100 for 10 - where you will be sent one a week for 10 weeks. Each session will last for 8 days and can be used as often as you like. Contact me for details via email or FB.
