Greetings to All Meditation Students for the Upcoming Year End Holidays in December 2022 !!! Christmas and Hanukah are near and you may be out running about planning events in and outside of your home for family and friends. This is one of the most hectic times of the year for many of us and by the time these special days of entered and passed on in our life we feel quite drained. You always have to stay tuned to your emotions, mental and physical bodies. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned student / practitioner of MEDITATION, you still experience some fatigue. So, to keep from being burned out on many levels, you will have to set a definite time to meditate on a regular basis. One of the best times to meditate on a regular basis is in the morning. You can do it as the sun rises for 20 - 30 minutes, midday between Noon and 1:00pm or as the sunsets. But, many of you might work away from home and return by 6pm. You can meditate within the hour's time before going to bed. The most important part is stick to a schedule daily time and remember rhythmic slow deep breathing helps and insures you to feel better with a relaxed body and mind while feeling centered. Learn to live in harmony with nature through meditation and meditate with family and friends. My Grace is Your Grace. Remember that Divine Grace is a Blessing as we are Alive & Well in the Age of Remembrance! Brother Francis E. Revels-Bey Founder & Chief Principal Teacher CIRCLE OF GRACE 1
