I was delighted to photograph sweet baby Jacob's birthday cake smash session recently!  Jacob is a very serious little boy, but I love his sweet, solemn expressions.  He seemed to enjoy digging into his smash cake and seemed quite intrigued by the stickiness of the frosting. Cake smash sessions are one of my favorite things to photograph.  You just never know what you're going to get;  happy baby, scared baby, baby who loves his smash cake, baby who hates his smash cake.  I've seen all of them!  They're all unique and special, regardless of their reaction to their smash cake.
