BOSTON MASS ❤️ WE MEET AGAIN 😁 South End 💪 This crawlspace was a decent size to work in, however very forgiving to the knees with the clearance being about 5ft 😅 Here you’re looking at an encapsulated crawlspace where we replaced an old corroded lally column, and sealed the new one at the base to protect the column from corroding over time 👍 Before encapsulating the space, we installed 110ft of drainage pipe connected to our standard 2ft well with a 1/2HP sump pump to quickly get any water collected out of the crawlspace.
