This is a report on a roof inspection we performed today. (Address is hidden for privacy). Homeowner was concerned on if the recent hail storm affected his roof. It did not. Roof inspection assessment for the property located at————————-, Longwood on 6/3/2021: - No hail damage noticed. - Found blistering on the shingle roof. - Found Eight critical spots on need of re caulking/sealing. - Found flat roof membrane with medium size blistering. - Found under efficient ventilation, only three off ridge vents, not enough, this is the caused for the early shingle blistering and observed deterioration. Life expectancy before deeper issues: under 3 years. Emergencies: none. Recommendations: 1. Gutters clean up. 2. Water hose proper distribution. 3. Re caulking critical spots including chimney stones joints. 4. Adding shingle over ridge ventilation 30ft. 5. Remove rock from flat roof (on photos). — If we don’t see hail damage we will tell you.
