Phosphoric acid tanks are hard to clean due to hazardous material and are closed protective tanks or lagoons. Manpower entry is dangerous, this makes tanks loose volume overtime due to sludge accumulation at bottom. Sureflo now has solution to clean phosphoric acid tanks, we deploy remote controlled robots. The robots can enter thru manholes in the tank and are powerful enough to cut & pump sludge out. The sludge can be further treated for acid separation.
