⚠️YOU CAN HELP THIS GYM! I had the pleasure of stopping by #SirBoxingClub on the East Side. This was a beautiful moment: The boxer in the ring didn't originally pass her last day of testing (she missed some practices and didn't keep practicing on her own). She was crying in the corner of the ring as the others celebrated. The coach noticed. Talked to her privately. Then had her get in the center of the ring, gave her a pep talk with a valuable lesson of second tries, preparing and practicing and trying again. The other boxers circled around the ring to give her support. She nailed it! Gaining her medal and confidence and leaning into support from others. We need this! Our community needs this!
