New clients are required to pay a deposit prior to booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments incur a charge before any new bookings can be made.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the treatment cost is due to be paid before a new booking can be made. ‘No shows’ will be expected to pay the full cost of their missed appointment if they wish to rebook.
