This old VELUX window has been adapted and repaired so many times. The lead used in these repairs alone probably cost more that the window. Stage one, remove the old window and flashing from the roof and correctly install a new window at the original level. Internally reinforce the tunnel and line it with a new, white upvc cladding to channel even more daylight into the room below.....
