Case Scenario: A 75 years Male presented with exertional chest pain. He is hypertensive,diabetic and diagnosed as a case of Chronic Coronary Syndrome. Admitted in our hospital for PCI. He underwent CAG which revealed DVD (99% mid LAD and D1) PCI and stent to mid-LAD was done successfully by Prof. (Emeritus) Dr. Sufia Rahman, Interventional Cardiologist. He was discharged with stable condition.
